E-Rate 2.0: What it means for your library

E-rate, the Schools and Libraries Universal Service Program, has just E-rate UENundergone the greatest transformation since it was originally authorized in 1996. These changes offer new opportunities previously unavailable to many E-rate eligible libraries in Utah.
