Investing your money: Morningstar and other online resources


By becoming familiar with Morningstar along with other free or low cost resources, members will be able to research questions such as:

  • Where is a good place to get stock information about a specific company
  • What is the meaning of the price-to-earnings ratio
  • What are some screening methods I can use for finding stocks as well as mutual funds
  • What is an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF)

Special Needs Sensory Storytimes


Youth with special needs like autism often love to read, but this population can be difficult to serve. Learn how to run a sensory storytime for young children with special needs.  This session includes tips for good books for those with special needs, special needs resources in the community, as well as ideas on how to market your program.
